The food you eat is just as important as the medicine you take. And the science is showing more and more that your physical, mental, and emotional healing, function, and development are linked with what you eat. The right foods prepared properly nourish and cleanse every cell in your body.
We’ll teach you how to modify your typical diet to support your physical, mental, and emotional needs and concerns. Our goal is to make the transition process as easy as possible and to support you as needed while working to incorporate foods, flavors, and textures you already like so your meals won’t look and taste like they came from another planet.
Sessions are usually 2 to 4 weeks apart to give you time to incorporate changes. And don’t worry. We won’t judge you on how you eat today. We’re much more concerned with teaching you how to eat tomorrow.
Nutritional consultation and coaching is recommended for anyone who want to keep or return to good health, has chronic pain or disease, weight management issues, emotional issues, inflammation of any kind, auto immune diseases, or problems with any organ system in the body.

Herbal Consultation
Herbs are foods with concentrated beneficial properties. They help support and stimulate your body’s natural processes, allowing you to function optimally so that your body can heal. In our office, herbal recommendations are made only for those interested and are usually in done in conjunction with nutritional coaching. We may also recommend cooking or supplementing with specific herbs that will help balance your condition. Please note, however, that we do not diagnose disease or prescribe herbs.
